“Good quality stretch fabric. There were a number of holes for a reasonable length near a selvage. I immediately sent an email to the company and almost instantly, I received a call to offer 2 solutions to the problem. WOW. I’m totally impressed with not only the short timeframe to respond but the opportunity for me to select one option to resolve the issue, one that was for a refund. I selected a replacement and it arrived within the week. I would highly recommend this company not only for the quality of the product but the gold standard customer service that they provide.”

“Fabric is much thinner than what on advertising and I had sent a message feedback and staff got back offer the refund. However, I don't see information about fabric thickness was amended on website. I hope your website have correct information so customers will receive fabric as they expected. I feel not confident to buy fabric from you as I don't know what I will receive. It wasted of time buy fabric that not fit for what I plan to do with it.”
