“I bought some fabric from the online store under the impression that they were 100% linen but they seem to be blends as they tear easily and I have holes in one of the dresses I have made already”

“I ordered fabric and paid for it. 10 days later I was still awaiting delivery and had not heard anything. Then I happened to notice that I had been credited the amount of the original order 10 days after placing it. I assume you had run out of stock but never heard anything from anyone. A courtesy email would have been nice. It's a shame because I really liked the fabric.”

“Super Cheap Fabrics are so helpful, I emailed them about a fabric I was chasing which was out of stock, to find it was unfortunately not being restocked. A couple days later I got a call to say that they’d found a few metres that had been hidden under other fabric bolts and remembered I was chasing it so I got first dibs! The fabric was in my hands a couple days later and the service is one I’ll always recommend 🤩🤩🤩”
