“The communication, packaging, efficiency etc were all fantastic. Quality of the wool cashmere I bought feels lovely, but the colour is definitely not what I expected. Looked red on my screen (computer and phone), was called "grenadine" (which implies red that leans pink to me!) but arrived very, very orange. It'd be like ordering something called "marine" and it turns up purple, or "forest" and it's turquoise. Understand that colours can appear differently on different screens, and buying fabric is always a risk, but I was quite disappointed. Orange is awful on me, so 4m of lovely cashmere wool will probably end up at the op shop.”

“Firstly, payment and shipment were very efficient. Unfortunately the fabric was of very poor quality with pilling, pulls and inconsistent density. The company provided a return label and I was fully refunded, except for initial postage. The refund was very quick and efficient with no dramas. Hopefully their swim fabric improves as their service is efficient.”

“I sent a message (with the chat bot) with this comment and never heard back from the company. When I opened the parcel, I never recognised it and I have sewn for 50 years.I am not after a refund as small businesses do it tough already. But perhaps you could change the colour and the description a wee bit. It has more polyester than 5% i am sure. I was wanting to make a coat and now I think I will have to dye it. At 65, lolly pink is not becoming lol. Btw, I was happy with your other fabric.”

“Delighted with this printed lycra. Hadn't realised there was a repeating block pattern but I managed to cut both sides of wide-leg pants so that the pattern matched, having a band of black at the waist and the fabulous colour block down the leg. Very designer look!”

“I purchased fabric labelled printed lycra. Lovely soft fabric with stretch in both directions, and weightier enough for draping, though perhaps lighter than a regular lycra fabric I'm used to working with. The print is great, with vibrant colours as pictured on website. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“I love the feel of cotton voile as it's lovely to wear in the Queensland heat so when I saw this one I had to have it. I love white and brown together and am always trying to find fabric that you would find in garments in the shops. This is just beautiful. I ordered 2m and have made 2 tops and when the material went on sale again I ordered a further 3m. I keep telling myself that I don't need any more fabric but how can you resist?”

“The wool was much thinner that expected. I have purchased wool previously and it's been fantastic but this black one unfortunately was just too thin. It's not suitable for the hat that I was going to make so I'll have to on sell the fabric.”

“The fabrics I ordered came in good time and order. I was a little disappointed in the Charcoal Marle boiled wool, which was a little lighter in weight than expected. However, the Brandy Brown was exactly what I was looking for. Its weight and colour resembled what I expect from boiled wool. Maybe I should have ordered a swatch prior to ordering BUT I wanted to take benefit of the sale price. The satins I ordered were good quality. I would still recommend purchasing fabric from Super Cheap.”
