“I have purchased material from you before and been very happy with everything except this last piece of material had a flaw in it, ( a black line across it), and I had a bit of trouble with placing the pattern pieces so it didn't show.”

“I love the speed with which you answer and supply orders. The fabric is good. On this recent order however, I’ve received the wrong fabric, and have emailed to the “shop@…” email address, but have received no response so far. I would like to get the fabric I ordered if possible, but am finding it difficult to make contact. (my only problem - otherwise great service)”

“Love my fabrics from super cheap, good quality, have been buying for a few years now , had a recent issue with a wrong fabric being sent ( very busy time for them now). After sending email, had a fast response, ordered fabric being sent, was told l to keep what was sent.💖”
