“I had originally emailed to call in to your warehouse to purchase fabric for a Graduation Dress I was asked to make, I stated the day and roughly what time I would be there ( Friday 13th) as I was travelling 2 hours from Shepparton. Then to get there and to see it was closed. I rang the number I was given and spoke to him about this. I was then told to order online ( on Monday 16th) and he would send it via express post for me, but when I ordered I still had to pay postage and it took 4 days. I ordered YTI in white x 5 mtrs. The white wasn’t white like I had purchased before from your store in Brunswick ( it’s an off white ) and I’ve purchased a lot of other colours prior. As now I only have a week to make this dress, I have no choice but to use this colour. Not really happy.”
