“The positive: shipping was fast, and the fabrics (mostly) met my expectations. Prices are great. The negative - the fabric was not packed well. There was no protection around the fabric and it was packed in a flimsy parcel bag. The result was that the parcel bag tore during transport and the fabric was vulnerable. Luckily, it arrived undamaged but given that part of my order was wool cashmere, if the parcel had gotten wet (pretty likely as we're now in winter), my fabric would have been ruined. I'm obviously not blaming super cheap fabrics for the handling of the parcel - that's down to the mutton heads at Australia post - BUT, I absolutely think the fabric could have been packaged better. Either wrap the fabric in tissue paper or use a sturdier container like a box, especially for large, heavy orders. As well as that, the wool cashmere didn't match the colour on the site and the quality is lower than I ecpe, but it's still okay for the price.”
