“ Customer support initially told me to wait until 5 March for delivery. ”

“ I returned a pair of jeans that I ordered online. I went to the store to return them, I got some of my money back a few days after returning but not all of it (the delivery cost refund) I'm confused why they missed the delivery refund out. And it is very hard to contact them, I'm very disappointed as I never thought something like this could happen with such a popular store! ”

“ I ordered a coat from Superdry for my nephew's bday on the 29th November and still not received it (15th December today). Once you have handed your money over its no longer their problem. Maybe you need to sort your delivery courier out because they are letting you down! ”

“ Perhaps if Superdry wants to be more efficient (by not printing proper invoices and a returns label) they could save energy, time and money by preventing thousands of delivery men delivering to the same address up to 3 times a day. ”
