Got a Question?

Hi everyone I have a jacket but no proof of purchase. Got it from the lakeside shopping centre. Very happy with it. But noticed the logo is stitched upside down. Thanks. Just wanted to know what my right is

Could people please respond with comments on what you thought Superdry’s product quality was like. This is for my Business Management assignment. Thank you!

Terrible... Customer service rubbish/slow ... Quality of cloths poor for price

I have been shopping at Superdry since it opened and i can tell you that the products and quality have changed, the quality of clothing i used to get from here was superb, being a guy who shops next and lacoste, i appreciate quality and Superdry used to deliver, however now its a different story, hoodie zips getting caught, jamming and teeth breaking off 2 different styles. Biggest issue for me has been bobbling of jumpers. Completely ruined, ive had loads of jumpers off them and theyve been fine but no not anymore, material poor, cheap and not up to the price tag, also a massive problem for me has been the inside of the hoodies. like thin wool but as soon as you put a t-shirt on underneath its full of fluff from the hoodie, wash it and it goes worse, products are awful, its clear to me they are now using much cheaper providers on their materials because the standards are terrible, to put into context i bought a primark cardigan for a fraction of the price and this is still fine, shows no signs of age and does not bobble and go all over other items, Superdry hoodie - £50 and the primark hoodie £15..only decent thing at Superdry is polos. So disappointed used to be no1. Sadly im done with it.
