“ I went to the Liverpool store to see if I could get a phone number for customer service as I had placed an order on line which I had not received was getting nowhere .I was dealt with by the deputy manager who I cannot praise enough, he was polite, friendly and arranged a refund for me straight away. Superdry should be proud of their Liverpool staff as everyone we spoke to went out of there way to help us ”
