Refund and customer service bad
Had hoodie delivered via Hermes who in our area are excellent thought would have no issues returning. Had to use locker service to return no super dry listed. Had to use clipper logistics !
Been now 6 weeks no refund. Cannot speak to no one !!

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING! I was told by the Rushden branch that the coat I wanted was out of stock everywhere so ordered it online. When the recipe was emailed it stated a delivery time of
10-12 days which was too long because my godson will have left home by then. I Called the Cambridge store and they said they had one and would save it for me. Tried to cancel my online order and was told I couldn’t because it had already been shipped (30 mins after placing) and they couldn’t change the delivery address. Really poor customer service!

The site said sorry your payment didn't go through. Credit card company says different. Can't call them, chat says sorry no chat. Bad service and bad business practices

Sunglasses broke from new 2 years ago.
I feel design fault as were looked after and not dropped. Wrote to Superdry who told me they have no repair service and it's out of warranty. Try to contact airport regarding issue.
BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WILL NOT BUY FROM Superdry AGAIN.

Worst customer service! Never ever been in this store anymore. Worst manager behaviour in Superdry world square.. pretending to be nice but hell inside. Staff is so aggressive like no work training. Please think twice to spend your money and time in this store. Not worth it.
