Customer Service - Bad

I went to Superdry store in Heathrow Terminal 3 today 21/04/2025 in the evening and bought a shirt. The lady that served us was Sofia Her customer service skills were unsatisfactory. She is rude, didnt even smiled at me and despite me saying thank you no acknowledgement so far. This is not belittling her but at least she would improved her customer skills. An honest feedback from us.

A horrible experience, avoid for the sake of a cheap coat. Most people are used to 30 days and they know this so set a deliberately (but of course JUST legal) returns policy of 14 days. In short they are no better than thieves with this. Surprise surprise is no customer service number and surprise surprise they do not tell you this on the receipt. Avoid all this hassle for the sake of an average, cheap piece of clothing.

Refund and customer service bad Had hoodie delivered via Hermes who in our area are excellent thought would have no issues returning. Had to use locker service to return no super dry listed. Had to use clipper logistics ! Been now 6 weeks no refund. Cannot speak to no one !!

On taking this up with Uk customer services we were offered a £10 voucher against a future purchase.

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING! I was told by the Rushden branch that the coat I wanted was out of stock everywhere so ordered it online. When the recipe was emailed it stated a delivery time of 10-12 days which was too long because my godson will have left home by then. I Called the Cambridge store and they said they had one and would save it for me. Tried to cancel my online order and was told I couldn’t because it had already been shipped (30 mins after placing) and they couldn’t change the delivery address. Really poor customer service!

The site said sorry your payment didn't go through. Credit card company says different. Can't call them, chat says sorry no chat. Bad service and bad business practices

I really don't recommend it. The ordered parcels do not arrive, there is no refund and contact with customer service is a nightmare, no one answers.
