These are super easy and delicious pancakes. I substitute melted butter and Nutpods almond+ coconut creamer for the fat and liquid and often add fresh blueberries. When plating I top them off with more butter and that's it! The recipe makes a lovely stack of four pancakes. Just YUMMY!
