Bad customer service, they send you a completely different product and then they refuse to help.

Customer service was poor though because they had no explanation and just suddenly refunded me when I asked about what was happening to my order which again had allegedly been sent.

Absolutely shocking customer service, was completely fine with the fact they couldn’t fulfil my order and I would be receiving a part refund of £50 no complaints with that....however to not respond to any form of communications for 5 weeks and not issue a refund I do have a problem with. Completely ignore their customers no apologies made for the inconvenience caused. Absolutely shocking company do not use.

I also have had terrible service from this company. I know we are in a difficult situation but it has been 2 weeks since my order of about 10 things. I just received 2 things in the mail this morning and received no rebate or email regarding the missing items.

Item never arrived and when i requested a refund they only refunded the item price leaving me out of pocket of shipping money. Don’t buy with them. The customer service is non existent 😞

The use of cheap courier service and although the tracking said delivered there was no knock on my door! Where is my parcel? Well their response was there’s nothing they can do 😳😱 they almost suggest you’re lying and the customer care don’t show any understanding nor sympathy.
