“Awful service, do not use!!
I placed an order with them on the May 25th, and I actually received the order on the 9th June, 15 days later!! And it was minus an item which they had refunded me for. However on receipt of my order, the packets of crisps I had ordered were all squashed together at the bottom of the big box with the all the other products put on top of them, some heavy bottles and cartons and as a result all the crisps were bashed up and broken and mostly crumbs instead of whole crisps! I asked for a refund of my money for these items and sent them photo's of the crisps and the way they had been packed. They replied that they wanted more photos sending and wanted me to send the items back so that they "can put things right" for me. To which I replied, "Why are you asking for me to return them? They are not useful for resale due to your packaging; they are effectively waste and we should not be spending your time and my time and resources on shipping waste around the country. I am happy to take more photos if you wish. I would hope you would admit to your packaging issues and issue a refund immediately and not waste everybody's time in a pointless process!" To which they have still not replied to me. So I will be taking my business elsewhere now.
Good luck to anyone who orders from them! This is not how you do business and keep loyal customers Superfood Market! Very disappointed”
“ordered 3 dairy free advent calendars for my grand children on the 28th nov 2021 i was in formed that the items had been dispatched and given a tracking number so 10 days later no sign of goods so i checked tracking number and they had not even given the parcel to royalmail anyway today is the 13th Dec and the parcel arrived bit with only 2 advents not the 3 i had paid for so still chasing and waiting terrible company save your money and time shop else where”
“I have ordered what seemed to be 25kg of sunflower seeds (as 'full', unkerned seeds) but I was sent 25kg of kernels instead! The product image on Google CLEARLY showed the 'full' seeds, also there was absolutely no indication whatsoever that these are kernels rather than 'full' seeds'. To all intents and purposes, the product is a 25kg bag of sunflower seeds.
I have messaged them but no reply, so I've taken this up with PayPal. Bad customer service, they send you a completely different product and then they refuse to help. AVOID!”

“I ordered six bottles of vegetable juice plus three other items, confirmation for which was received on 12 August, all of which arrived safely five days later. The packaging was just as it should be with all bottles carefully covered in layers of bubble wrap, with the added protection of sheets of brown paper, so no breakages. I would add that the reason I chose this company was because the bottles of veggie juice were cheaper than my usual source (discovered in the early days of the lockdown) which had run out of stock. so will definitely be using again.”

“I wanted to order some treats for the family, we like to use local products or Fairtrade produce so it is really nice to have a shop which is centered around good quality, healthy food and drink from small or local businesses, but can be found easily in one place. I ordered organic honeycomb (which was sourced only a few miles from my home) as well as some fairtrade chocolates and monty bojangles truffles. Not only were they a fantastic price (the cheapest honeycomb and truffles I could find online) they were delivered very quickly, and packaged with recycled products which was a wonderful addition.
