So I placed an order twice with this company. First order about a year ago maybe more never showed up although they said it had been "sent". I waited a good month after my order and still no sign so they was happy to refund me. I then placed an order in March of this year and exactly the same thing happened again. Customer service was poor though because they had no explanation and just suddenly refunded me when I asked about what was happening to my order which again had allegedly been sent. I don't have much trust in ordering from this company again.

i put my usual order in several weeks before all this covid19 started ,i got a bashed delivery 1 month later , still waiting for a refund for couple things ,always use this company ,but i have noticed they keep you waiting while they wait for items out of stock to make the order up , just tell people whats out stock and send the order, ,send what you have, refund the remainder ,dont keep people waiting ,while you wait , you will lose your core customers, products when they do eventually come are great but after this happening now a couple times this year will have to rethink about my next order ,unless they adopt a different way of processing the orders and let you know straight away whats out of stock , crazy way doing things
