“I have been wanting to write a review of this for a while, because I was so impressed! I bought an eye cream that I have previously bought from a supplier in my city. When I have bought it there it was simple- I got the cream, and that was it. I thought I would try ordering it online, and I was so happy that I did. I got a handwritten note with good wishes, lots of little goodies and samples and on top of that the package smelled amazing when I opened it because of a cute little candle they included. I have never been so impressed with something I randomly ordered online, and I will definitely keep ordering here in the future. Thank you!”

“Quick shipping and great customer service. An error was made on my address (I believe my fault) and the package was returned to Superior Skin by Canada Post. Customer Service told me they would resend right away and they did. They also communicated with me during this period too. The prices are actually a little less than I was paying at the local medispa. While there isn't a telephone number to contact them, the email to customer service was responded to the same day I wrote to them. Highly recommend.”

“I decided to look for an alternate online place to purchase Vivier products since the pricing recently increased and found that Superior Skin had a lower price. I appreciated the free shipping and timely delivery. There was a very cute note and paper crane that arrived with my order. I also appreciated the samples that accompanied my order since I had been wanting to try a few of them.”

“The personal touch, I found terrific. What does not involve a computer and is done by HAND is VERY special and separates the wheat from the chaff. The last order I cannot speak to, as I have not received it. I find this very troubling and disappointing.”

“The packaging and personal note was so thoughtful and wonderful. I can't even begin to describe what great customer service I thought this to be. It was truly noted and appreciated.
