Order not delivered. I understand the strike is the cause, however, after repeated emails requesting at least a couple samples delivered so I can at least try the product, I keep getting the same generic email sent to me. In other words, too bad so sad we have your money, so it's all good on their end. Not impressed! I'm out a lot of money with no idea when I will receive the product. I would just return it if I could.

They have the worse after sales service. They lie and take for ever to ship orders. Never again will I place orders with this outfit out of St Lazare, Quebec.

Very disappointed in this eye cream. I ordered it based on previous reviews. The serums are a 10, but this eye cream didn't work at all. :(

I was shipped the incorrect product and when I emailed the customer service, I never heard back from anyone. Displeased with the service

I really like vivier products,however I do not like to do reviews.I am cautious and do not want to do more than I need to still obtain orders from Superior Skin. This is not a judgement against you ,just a message to say no reviews please.gkempthorne

Too bad I received my order wrong and I send it back as the costumer support suggested and no one updated me when I’ll receive my order even I received an notification that the wrong product that they sent it to me they received, I will never ever buy or deal with them in the future 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Disappointing. I thought long and hard about purchasing the $400+ Vivier Hyperpigmentation 2% kit for three months to no effect. The dark spots I had on the side of my face and nose are still there and have not faded. Superior Skin had excellent customer service but I'm afraid Vivier's products had no effect on my skin. An expensive lesson and disappointment.

I believe this eye cream is expire o something is wrong . As soon as I put this in my skin it turns in to a grainy texture. Cream looks exceptionally thick. Instead of seeping into the skin the product turns into tiny balls. I did not returned because I tossed the bag and I used the product already. But I will never buy this again. I do clean my face before. I have vivier medicated wash and toner.

I bought the grenzine neck cream. I complained that it was used up within a few weeks. I was told that I may have used too much. I told them I have been using neck cream for several decades so I am not exactly a newbie. I never heard back. I bought the vivier retinol at the same time and several months later it is not finished. I used both products once daily. They should have offered me a new complimentary bottle. Their loss- I just made a huge order of vivier from another upploier.

Worst customer service experience I ever had. My eye cream arrived without a dropper. I emailed and called a number of times asking them to send me a dropper. They finally offered for me to send the bottle back and they woukd replace. I explained packing and going to post office wWere difficult and again asked for a new dropper. I got a follow up call repeating the offer to send back. They called me at 935 at nite!!

Hi Barbara, I believe your review was left by mistake and you are referencing another company. The only order you have placed with us had the items: Vivier GrenzCine Neck and Vivier Retinol 1% Night Complex. Neither of them are compatible with a dropper, as they are both pump bottles.
