“I bought the grenzine neck cream. I complained that it was used up within a few weeks. I was told that I may have used too much. I told them I have been using neck cream for several decades so I am not exactly a newbie. I never heard back. I bought the vivier retinol at the same time and several months later it is not finished. I used both products once daily. They should have offered me a new complimentary bottle. Their loss- I just made a huge order of vivier from another upploier.”
