“Martin, your little Thank You note and the little gifts (the origami and candle, almost forgot the chocolate) totally warmed my heart. Most of the business these days do not treat there customers as humans and your gesture shows that you care :) I will definitely be a repeat customer for Superior Skin”

“I just have to say that I have never dealt with a company with such incredible customer service before!! Martin went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My skin didn’t respond well to a skincare regime and he gave me an amazing deal to try out a different regime. I’ve been telling all my friends about this company because of how well Martin and his team handled my concerns!! I’ll also say that the skincare regime he recommended has worked out great so far!!”

“I was very impressed by the customer service I received. Martin was very knowledgable ,patient and very helpful with my order. Thank you Martin for all your help with my previous order . I will definitely be ordering from this company again! Thank you also for the samples! I find that the spas that sell your product don’t give out samples and therefore it is very difficult to see if the product works for you, unfortunately the two serums fell and broke but the two times I used them on my face it felt amazing!! . I’m very happy with the anti-aging package I purchased . My skin is glowing, and I love the results.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I am blown away by the customer service from Martin at Superior Skin. My order came with such a lovely thank you note and when it was damaged during shipping (not their fault!) they replaced the entire order for me at no cost. I can honestly say I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend buying products from Superior Skin to everyone!”
