“The first payout was smooth with no issues. However, after spending much time and answering honestly the second time I tried to withdraw...I was called a "cheater" and was banned. I am so shocked and flabbergasted that I can never trust this company and wouldn't recommend.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. We've reviewed your account and it was banned for breaching our rules relating to multiple accounts. Around the 13th May you attempted to use a different payment account and this payment account was already registered and connected to a previous membership which had received payments from us. That original account is active but on hold due to a previous breach of our rules on multiple accounts. You had previously breached our rules on multiple accounts back in 2021 which was also closed due to breaching our rules. We had tried to inform you at the time of the issue, but you failed to get in touch. This account is now the third account you have on our site which is a clear breach of our terms. The best course of action in this instance would be to raise a support ticket on the site. Typically we can arrange to reactivate the original account to allow you to continue with that one, and just leave the other two closed. In the meantime, please stop creating duplicate accounts on the site to avoid those also being closed.

“You have to take a 10 minute survey even to qualify for the survey and then you only get one out of every 10 maybe that you can take for 15 cents. What an absolute joke”

Hi, Thanks for your review. Our records show that so far you've been able to complete a number of surveys and already received multiple payments from us, all of which were issued successfully within a few hours. While typically January and February are quieter months, that hasn't prevented you from earning. We would suggest revisiting the site again in March if our advertisers don't currently have surveys available for you. In the meantime, we would appreciate if you could confirm to the readers that you have been able to access surveys, have received payments and confirm how quickly they were paid as your review doesn't seem to currently reflect any of those facts. Hi, You will find a full list of transactions on your account under account history. If your balance has reduced then either you've withdrawn funds, or advertisers have had to remove survey credits due to fake or false survey submissions. Our advertisers will only pay for genuine survey completions, and fake ones are not accepted or paid for which is the correct course of action.
