“I received a product that was different to the one ordered from the website and was then told that it potentially would get lost, for which they could not accept any blame, if I returned it and that I should give the item to someone as a gift. It was also suggested that I accept a 12% discount on any future orders (and run the risk again!!). This did not honour the returns policy on the website at all.
After around 30 emails back and forth they eventually agreed to give a 17% refund.”
