“I spent years trying to figure out what I was intolerant to and went to various doctors who could never help. After completing the supply life blood test which was super easy to do. It came back with my tolerances. Since cutting them about I feel so much better in everyday life! Ricky has been so much help before and after I got my results and I would 100% recommend supply life to anyone struggling with bloating, low energy levels or anyone who is struggling with weight loss!”

“I completed the supply life test as I was in a continuous cycle of feeling run down, lethargic, bloated, brain fog and was suffering from reoccurring uti’s. Looking for anything that could possibly help. If I’m honest, I was completely overwhelmed when the results came back as my initial thought was ‘what the hell am I going to eat now?’ I found that I was sensitive to many of my staple foods. This is where Ricky really stepped in and helped, offering easy alternatives to my favourite foods and creating simple meal ideas. Teaming that with a full sugar detox for 30days I have seen a wealth of improvements. I no longer bloat - I can actually see abs that I never knew existed. The brain fog and tiredness lifted within days and I feel that I have such a better knowledge of food and cooking from scratch. I 💯 recommend using supply life.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to discover Ricky's (Supply Life Founder) hands on involvement and genuine care. He took time on the phone to discuss my wants, needs and lifestyle, and provided great advice off the back of my results. Within one week of avoiding the foods I'm intolerant to, my sleep improved significantly! Previously, I was unable to sleep through the night and suffered terrible 'Sunday Night Sleeplessness' before every working week. Now I feel in control. I've also noticed: better energy, better mood, less intense monthly hormonal struggles, and better digestion. When I go 'off plan' and eat foods that are not compatible with my system, I REALLY notice the difference - solid proof that sticking to compatible foods works! I've also been able to avoid the sugary office snacks and have broken the unhealthy cycle of sugar highs and crashes. Thanks to Ricky and Supply Life's guidance, I'm able to use my new knowledge to optimise my wellbeing. Rather than experiment with 'elimination diets' I'd say, cut to the chase, take the Supply Life blood test and get working with the results it gives you! It's life changing! :)”

“Supply life have been absolutely great with my intolerance test. I had a lot of intolerances come back from the test I took, and it was really worrying and shocking. Due to being a vegetarian my options were a lot less, but supply life put together a great food plan to support and help me through this journey. After making the big changes to my food and along with my fitness plan I managed to loose 10kg, which was absolutely amazing. Ricky at supply life was so supportive throughout. When I first learnt about how many intolerances I had, I was really upset and so lost with what to do. Ricky made sure to keep in touch with me and support me with anything I needed. He was really reassuring and guided me through the changes I needed to make for my food. After sticking to the plan created for me, I felt so much better. I no longer struggled with cramps and bloating and I found that I had so much more energy. I suffered a lot with migraines and I found that these also reduced significantly. Taking this test with supply life was one of the best things I did. Thank you so much.”

“100% recommend to anyone currently feeling like they're lacking energy, looking to improve weight loss or just be healthier in general. The results I’ve seen have been instantaneous just by cutting out foods that, through this process, I’ve discovered I’m intolerant to. The support Ricky has given as well has been first class. We check in at least once a week and I feel he’s genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. Wish I’d discovered this years ago! Thanks Ricky!”

“From the very beginning the service I have received has been very good, I can’t fault supply life! My results came back very quick, within the provided time frame and I then had my consultation as soon as possible. Ricky was very thorough with regards to going through my results as well as being keen to know about my lifestyle so he was able to give me the best recommendations and advice. A meal plan was provided along with support over the phone whenever needed. I would highly recommend supply life, 10/10!”

“Absolutely amazing service! I was skeptical at the start but Rickly has been extremely helpful and guided me throughout the process. The test is key, offering useful insights and serves as a great personal food guide. After making small changes to my diet I was able to feel much better and managed to shred some of the extra kgs as well. “From start to finish when I enquired I was met actually in face to face for a consultation, as I was in a local postcode to the business HQ. The process was explained and it was so simple to order and I had my results within a week, the test is explained on a YouTube video which I found really useful. My results where delivered with a document to explain how to supplement and shape my new food plan, to maximise the choices available to me, I did not feel unsupported at any stage and even messaged multiple times to double check I can eat certain foods or ask for an alternative. I feel much better after changing my nutrition plan, it’s given me solid data to eliminate dairy, lowered my snacking and increased my energy levels - while actually feeling less hungry and I am eating a lot less food! Happy all around really, I have referred a handful of people already and will continue to do so. Thank you supply life!”

“After spending over a year of seeing consultants at a private Glasgow hospital without any idea as to why I was so ill, a work associate put me on to Supplylife. The results of my test were a total shock and pretty much polar opposite of what the doctors were recommending I avoid. After three days of excluding the foods which I scored high on, I was able to stop taking lansoprazole I’d been dependent on for years. Ricky the owner of the company couldn’t have helped anymore and was in regular contact if ever I needed anything. Can’t recommend this test anymore; genuinely changed my life.”

“I can’t recommend having the test done enough with supply life. It’s changed my life. Just one simple test. I felt overwhelmed by the amount of foods that came up that I was intolerant to but Ricky spent a lot of time helping me work through it all and helped me focus on the foods I could eat. I now have more energy. I no longer have that afternoon dip and my endometriosis pains aren’t as debilitating. Thank you Supply life.”

“Can’t Stress Enough How Good This Test Is. Struggled with Skin Acne All My life And All doctors pointed fingers . I knew inside that it was from food I am eating but all 4 TESTS from different companies showed no harm what so ever!!! Saw Supply Life Ad decided to give a go. And Appreciate was contacted by mobile. And as soon as they spilled all my intolerances I could designate them and relate to each one. As I felt not right eating everytime. Now Few Months Pass I feel much better and My skin is back to normal. And i can choose what to eat thanks For professional 30 min consultation that did big impression and helped a lot.
