Kit arrived, says help will be given personally for more assistance. Reality is you do not get a reply on the chat and the phone number rings out then goes dead. Actually no one there to help.

Terrible service. The food alternative menu which you are given is very basic and unappealing. Some of the alternative food groups could've easily be substituted with much cheaper option's. Then I missed my call from their advisor and called back once I was able to do so (30 mins) which I didn't feel was unreasonable. To be told if I want to rebook I'd have to pay. You'd think you'd getter much better service for what they charge..evidently it's all about making more money and not providing a service at all. Best to go to your doctors or use one of the many other service. I think the limited reviews against the amount they claim yo have sold speaks volumes. It doesn't seem like their customers are rushing to tell the world how wonderful they are.

Hi Aaron, sorry you feel this way, you missed 2 appointments you had previously booked, once on the 15th August and the second at 10.30am 6th September, an email and SMS reminder were sent hours before the call and a day before the call. Alex had called you twice 10.30am, 10.40am, and you called back at 11.12am. Alex also emailed you offering help. Your results were sent to you on the 8th August you have had a full month, please respect that If you cant make the call then please reschedule the call from the SMS a day before or the hour before on the reminder sms so the nutritionist can use that time to help someone else. I do believe that you wouldn't have given this negative review if you had attended the appointments you had booked. Many Thanks Ricky (founder)
