My wife bought event tickets on the computer through AXS. YOU MUST have the app on a smart phone to use the tickets or forget it. Total rubbish. I've tried for 2 days to get the stupid app to send me a code. Good luck getting a refund. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again. Either I have tickets IN HAND or forget it.

Dreadful customer service with no compassion. Be aware that no matter what your personal circumstances are, they will not let you get a refund or exchange. See Tickets do let you do this and their ticket prices are usually much cheaper.
