“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE DOORDASH GIFT CARDS OR ANY GIFT CARDS THAT ARE FULFILLED BY LAUNCHGIFTCARDS.COM!!! Purchased a $200 Doordash gift card 12/19/20 that was supposed to be emailed to my son in law before Xmas. The payment posted to my credit card account on 12/21 but the gift card was never emailed/received. My son-in-law checked his inbox, spam, trash etc. On 12/26 I spent hours on the phone - first with Doordash cust service reps who told me I had to deal with LaunchGiftCards.com and who finally transferred me to their rep (no direct customer service number for LGC). The first LGC rep sent me an invalid link to email my complaint, the second sent me a valid link which I used. Waited 2 days to receive an complaint ticket number asking for info that I had previously sent. Sent it again. Now two weeks later have heard nothing back and can’t reach anybody at LGC by phone. Doordash still telling me that they can’t refund my money and that I must deal with LGC.”
