“The product is OK - but awful support!!! I did not get my last affiliate payout, so had to contact support. What I can say - week of useless communication. I am confident now that they just do not want to pay my commission or support just does not want to help in any way. I just simply can not get my money!!! I was told that they can not pay me because I have mooved to another country and the country of my paypal account and country registered in affiliate account do not match (well I did not change my paypal by the way and before was getting paid on the same account). So I have told them that I want to change my country in affiliate account but can not find where I can do that in the settings of my account. They also ingored my question and sent me the forms for wiretransfer and Payoneer payout. I have filled the forms and guess what - they say the same thing - country do not match. Yes there is no way they will match because I have mooved and closed my accounts in the first country.
DO NOT bring customers to HMA through affiliate program -they will gladly charge them but you will not get paid. I am sure they will find a "reason" not to pay you. Why not just change the country in the settings and pay??? It is so simple. Why would you even limit a digital product to some country? Terrible Service, be aware!!!”
