“I placed an order on November 4, 2025 with an advertised delivery time of 2–3 business days.
More than two months later, the product has still not been shipped.
During this period, I received multiple confirmed shipping dates, all of which were missed. Each delay required repeated follow-ups from my side, and no tracking number was ever provided.
The store claimed several times that the product was “arriving to their warehouse” and that shipping was imminent, including a final confirmed date of January 10, 2026, which was also not honored. Since then, communication has stopped.
Key issues:
Product sold without available stock
Repeated false delivery commitments
No proactive communication
No shipment or tracking provided after full payment
At this point, this is clearly non-delivery of goods. I am sharing this review to warn other customers and to document a pattern of unreliable and misleading practices.”
