If you book a car through Surprice, you're likely to be unpleasantly surprised.
Stay away from this company. I booked a car and paid in advance.
My flight to Burgas was delayed by two hours, and I informed them in advance.
The car wasn’t there when I arrived. They canceled the reservation and refused to refund me.
This is a scam. Be careful. I’ve reported it to my credit card company.

Absolutely useless! Avoid at any cost! Canceled my booking because I turn up just over an hour late and I didn't notified them. Like everyone flying could call in midair for potential delays. The options presented were to pay additional 650, to rebook for next day or to pay 2000 deposit but only with credit card (which I don't have). I end up renting from another company and now fighting for refund. What a waste of time!
