Do not use this company. I have emailed this company daily to gain an invoice for the money they charged me upon collection. They are ignoring me. Genuinely disgusted that companies such as this are running and are allowed to run in such a way. It took over two hours to receive the car I had booked. There was no communication from staff regarding the delay, no apology nor acknowledgment. They charged me upon collection a fee for insurance which was more than I had paid for the total rental of the car. They would not let me hire the car without paying it. I saw this happening to a number of people as well as one couple being charged €900 for a scratch on a handle. I also saw the manager of this branch zooming in on a tiny scratch and taking photos of it after a car had been dropped off. How can the company be this picky yet provide dire customer service and sub par products? The car I was given was filthy without any windscreen wash and all the tyres had to be pumped up. I could go on but all I really want is the invoice, the invoice I should not need to fight for.

Price was great. I had a long wait for the shuttle but picking up at Maidenhead meant I didn’t have to tackle the m25 while jet lagged. At drop off they took me to my hotel near Heathrow rather than just to the terminal.

If zero star was available, that would be my rating. I was charged $922 USD on return home. I never received an invoice to know what these charges were from. Although I already know. This company has no one to check people in then charge you for every scratch on the vehicle even though I was in no accidents while there. And yes, I have video of before and after rental to prove this. What a waste of time and money. Rent from somewhere else. A lot of reviews say the same type thing. I rented 5 cars while on vacation across different countries and this is only one that I had an issue with. And what a surprise, I can’t get ahold of anyone in their office. Bu!! Sh*# cars should be the name of their company!

This car rental. You need to stay away. I rented a car for 14 days and got stuck. Paying $900 because they said I had to pay for insurance. And I couldn't use my own insurance. You need to be aware of this company. They s**** y** cuz, most places will take your insurance. This place won't they surprise you with a $900 bill? And you get stuck paying or you don't get the car, please stay away.

**Beware of Scammers!** I had a terrible experience with Surprice and Car Jet Spain. The company lures customers in with low prices but then pressures them off-site into purchasing expensive insurance. If you refuse the insurance, they will not provide the booked car, even if you have a credit card for the deposit. They often claim that the credit card is unavailable or not working, or they come up with other excuses. I didn't receive a refund, even though I never took the car from them. **Avoid these companies at all costs!**

This is the worsed service i had from this company in my entire life. I had pre paid for my Insurance and Additional driver through CARJET online. They told me i had to pay again. Please don't book with Surprice Limersol Team as they are robbers and cheats. Never again. Alway book the pick up at the Airport. Bad experience never again... The whole car hire cost me £1,100 for 1 month car hire for a yaris. Extremely poor and dissatisfied. Agents name at Surprice Limersol was VIRGIL DIMINETA.

Avoid SurPrice Car Rental in Naples at all costs – this is nothing more than a scam operation dressed up as a rental company. First of all, this “office” is miles away from Naples airport, hidden away in the back of a run-down parking lot in a rough part of town. By the time you get there, you already feel like you’ve been lured into a trap. Before my trip, I had done the sensible thing and purchased a full year of rental car excess insurance for just £35 – covering me for every eventuality. When I arrived at SurPrice, the woman behind the counter immediately took issue with this. She aggressively tried to push me into buying their insurance for an outrageous €300, claiming mine “doesn’t cover negligence.” When I asked her to define negligence, she simply couldn’t – because it was nothing more than a scare tactic. Then came the car issue. I had booked an SUV (a Jeep or equivalent), but magically, no such vehicle was available. Instead, she tried to palm me off with a Toyota Yaris – a tiny, completely different class of car, worth far less than what I had paid for. When I refused, she smugly told me the “only other option” was a VW Taigo for an extra £660 on top. Pure daylight robbery. In the end, I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere with no car and no help – they didn’t even offer me a lift back to the airport. It was abundantly clear that their entire business model is built on deception: lure you in with cheap prices, then try to bleed you dry with bogus insurance charges and bait-and-switch tactics on the cars. Do yourself a favor – don’t touch this company with a bargepole. I wish I’d listened to the other reviews calling them scammers and thieves. SurPrice Naples isn’t a car rental company, it’s a con. 1 Star (if I could give 0, I would).

Surprice Car Rental at Heathrow is not located near the airport. I was taken by shuttle on a long drive to Windsor, to a residential area with no nearby businesses. Upon arrival, the staff asked me to pay a £1,500 deposit, explaining that their system could not hold the amount on my credit card due to technical issues. When I returned the vehicle, I was told the deposit would be refunded within three days. However, despite multiple follow-ups and emails, it took an entire month for the deposit to be returned. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Truffa! Per fortuna non mi hanno dato la macchina. Volevano soldi per non bloccare la cauzione per 21 giorni, nonostante avessi già stipulato un assicurazione premium completa. La caparra non coincideva con quella del contratto. Personale maleducato. Pisa aeroporto.

Avoid Sureprice Rent a Car in Sofia – Total Scam I strongly advise against renting from Sureprice Rent a Car in Sofia. When we picked up the car, it was covered in scratches and marks. The staff member told us “don’t worry about it,” and rushed us through the process without properly documenting the damage. When we returned the car, the same company suddenly “discovered” the very same scratches and charged us €450. The staff were rude, aggressive, and intimidating, making the whole situation very stressful. It’s clear this is their business model – rent out damaged cars, pretend everything is fine, and then blame the customer later. Save yourself the trouble, money, and stress: do not rent from Sureprice in Sofia. There are plenty of legitimate rental companies in the city – this one is a scam.

Horrendous experience, DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY! Naples office SCAM COMPANY, there to solely extorte money from unsuspecting travelers. Experience from start to finish was one of a carefully manipulated scripted play that was used time and time again on anyone who had the unfortunate experience of stepping foot in their offices. Starting with refusing to use reputable credit cards stating they are not a known bank!! Simply not true. However if you pay for their extortionate 'excess' miraculously the credit card can now be used. If you dont pay you lose the car and whatever you have already spent. This cost us at ADDITIONAL 390Euro for our 15 day trip. During the 90-120 minutes in their offices, the exact same thing was happening to the people next to us with the same credit card. Another poor person had a Barclays bank credit card however this wasnt 'Embossed' so they 'couldnt' accept it UNLESS he paid an additional 200+EURO then all of a sudden they could. They told me to sign sign sign for the car however only explanation is that you are now covered for anything that happens to the car except tyres and windows. No other exceptions disclosed at this time. NOT informed that you will recieve an email with this information nor that you only have 15 minutes to respond to the email to dispute any issues with the car. Returning the car was an absolute nightmare and completley RUINED the whole holiday and is still causing panic and anxiety over a week later. RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, HOSTILE staff. All playing a part in this scheme. Starting with not letting us get everything out of the car before starting to take photos of the inside, claiming a tiny amount of sand would warrant a 500EURO cleaning fee for the car. There was no mention AT ALL about ANY other 'damages' or issues with the car. The lady would not allow us to sign the car back in as returned nor question or accept the so called 'damages'. We asked several times to sign the car in and were told to go to the minibus. I got my phone out and recorded her as we were not getting any response and to protect ourselves. She still refused to answer and walked away. My husband went to speak with another member of staff, he also recorded the event due to the abusive and misleading information recieved so far. The customer service agent blocked his exit and snatched at his phone closing the screen and thus stopping the recording. He was threatening and abusive. He got past the man who then shouted 'f!!k you, you motherf!!ker' at him. 2 other agents followed my husband outside, they shouted abuse at him and one kicked him in the back causing serious pain. I called the police at this point who failed to show up as they stated they would. We were left with no choice but to leave the car there and run to the airport as we now only had 1 hour until gate closure. Our young children witnessed all this and were distraught and scared. Another couple was also present who witnessed this and was also recieving their own abuse when returning their car. Invoice recieved once returned home stating we did not check the car in and that there was multiple DAMAGES to the outside and inside of the car. ALL fabricated LIES!!! We have photo and video evidence. Formal complaint submitted to AUTO ONE (SURPRICE) Absolute con artists who do not even aknowledge anything in the complaint just more scripted responses and absolute bull. We have also requested CCTV footage. Overall cost us over £1000 over 3 times the cost of the initial booking! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - WALK AWAY NOW AND SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE AND MONEY

Surprise car Sofia is not okay! We paid the rent in advance. Only had to pay the deposit. They told us that our credit card wasn't working (declined) We called our bank and the bank employee told us on the phone that the credit card was fine. (Warning) We couldn't pay cash or with my card (husband rented the car). The only solution for renting was to pay for an insurance of €300. NO WAY! We took a cab.

I am absolutely appalled by the way my family and I were treated today by Surprice Car Rental in Athens. We had booked a 9-seater Nissan Primastar from September 5th at 10:00 AM until September 13th at 7:00 AM, with one additional driver included in the booking. This trip had been planned for nearly a year, as my brother lives abroad and this was a rare opportunity for our family to come together in Greece. We were all very excited—until the experience with Surprice turned our holiday into a nightmare from the very beginning. According to the instructions provided at the time of booking, a representative was supposed to meet us at Exit 5 of the airport and take us to the shuttle service. We waited at Exit 5 as instructed, but no one showed up. We began searching the area, noticed a car park across the road with a “Car Rental A/B” sign, and walked over in the heat, hoping to find someone. When we still couldn’t locate anyone, we tried to call. When I explained that no representative was at Exit 5 as promised, the person on the phone rudely hung up on me. We then crossed the road again in the heat, searching as per their vague directions. Eventually, we discovered another nearby car park tucked beside the building, completely out of view from Exit 5. There was no way to see it from where we were instructed to wait—unless we could see through walls. Once we finally found the location, the representative still wasn’t there. We were told they had already been and left. I was told they would return in 15 minutes, but I waited 20 before calling again—only to be spoken to rudely and told that my reservation was for 2:00 PM, not 10:00 AM. This was completely false. I showed the representative my original booking confirmation, which clearly stated a 10:00 AM pickup. Even their own internal paperwork showed the same. After a 15-minute shuttle ride from the airport, we arrived at their rental office—and the situation only got worse. I had mistakenly not brought my physical driver’s licence, only a digital photo of it. I genuinely didn’t know that a digital copy would not be accepted. However, my brother, who was listed as the additional driver, had his full, valid licence with him. Despite this, the woman at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help us resolve the issue, she smirked and laughed at our situation. When I explained that my brother could be the main driver, she refused to change the booking, stating it was a “last-minute change” and therefore not possible but before she said we are too early because the booking was from 2pm! Even though the car was fully paid for, sitting there unused, and my brother had a valid licence, they refused to release the car—clearly trying to keep the money without providing any service. I became very emotional and started crying. I had spent months organizing this trip, handling all the logistics for our family, and to be treated with such cruelty and lack of empathy was devastating. Rather than helping, the woman told me not to cry and shoved a cancellation form in my face, demanding I sign it. She claimed it was the only way to get my deposit back—but I realized signing it would mean I was falsely agreeing to cancel the rental myself, effectively allowing them to keep the full rental payment and potentially re-rent the vehicle to someone else. When I questioned this and said I didn’t trust her, she told my entire family to leave the premises immediately. In summary, we were: Misled by inaccurate pickup instructions Rudeness and unprofessionalism from multiple staff members Accused of arriving too early despite clear documentation Denied service, despite having a valid driver among us Emotionally manipulated and pressured into signing misleading paperwork Threatened with the loss of our deposit Ultimately kicked out without the rental car we paid for This experience was not only frustrating but deeply upsetting. I strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking with Surprice Rental. I will be pursuing a formal complaint and expect a full investigation into this matter, along with a complete refund for the unacceptable treatment and breach of service.

I had ordered a two luggage vehicle. A female employee at Surprice said I had ordered a smaller vehicle and that in order for me to rent from them, I would have to pay an extra €800 for the month. Otherwise, she said they would take me and my family back to the airport. I showed her the paperwork from economy booking stating that I in fact did order a two luggage vehicle. She disregarded it immediately. I have been renting a vehicle in Greece every August for the past 25 years and this is the first time that a rental company scammed me.
