If I could give negative stars I would We paid for the rental online and when we got there they charged us an additional $200 in fees

Terrible service at the Istanbul location. We were dropped in a deserted location to pick up the car we booked or similar, once there they told us its not available and tried to make us take whatever they had because Offcourse tired from the flight and in that situation you’d say yes to anything. When we refused and told them that we had a agreement and a booking they yelled at us, cancelled the booking then refused to drive us back to the airport.

A complete and absolute disaster. We booked a vehicle two months in advance, yet on the very day of our arrival in Bergamo — while we were boarding our flight, and just TWO HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME — we received a WhatsApp message informing us that the vehicle we had reserved was not available. They had “run out of vans” and could not provide what we had fully booked and paid for. This left us in an extremely stressful situation: it was Saturday at 7:00 p.m., and we were forced to desperately search for a 9-seater van at the last minute in order to reach the Dolomites. The response from Surprice Mobility was simply: “I’m sorry, madam, I understand you, but I cannot help you.” That was after charging us €750 for the reservation and insurance. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking with this company at Bergamo Airport. I would not recommend Surprice Mobility to anyone.

Basically we hired a car through Car yet reviews before it were really good but somehow between booking and collecting the car it swapped to show price when we went to collect the car. It was absolutely covered in dents and scratches and one thing in another we took photos of we thought everything on the car, but when we went to return it, they claimed that there was damage to one of the tires And charged us £283 for one tire. We’re pretty sure that there was no damage there prior to collecting the car and basically where it was right at the bottom of the tire. Maybe someone else had done this damage but then they passed that cost onto the next person. The staff were extremely rude and aggressive and when I try to make a recording of what the chap was saying so I could query a payment with my credit card company he snatched my phone off me and deleted the recording that I’ve been making on my phone with threatening behaviour so avoid this car company altogether and use a more reputable one which will be cheaper for you in the long run.

Unfortunately, I rented a car in November 2025 at the Surprice station in Lisbon without first reading the bad reviews about this rental company. I say unfortunately because I witnessed those bad reviews firsthand. They made me pay €123 for a very small scratch (1cm) that they claim I made (I didn't) on a plastic hubcap on one of the car's wheels. The employee told me that, as far as he was concerned, he didn't consider it a defect, but that his boss forced them to charge for that type of defect, which, I repeat, I didn't even cause. It was a way of unfairly taking money from me for not having taken out comprehensive insurance. I felt robbed. I absolutely do not recommend booking cars at Surprice in Lisbon!

Surprice car Rental Orlando airport Absolute rip off car rental company they force you to take there insurance out they do not take Amex cards who cover rental hire insurance they do no recognize your personal car insurance even though my insurance company confirmed they cover me on rental car rental was $163 for 5 days there insurance was $405 total $598.00 probably cheaper to uber stay away they are crooks

I had a resrvation paid and when i got there the guy on the counter said i had to reactivate the resrvation because system doen not keep reservation information and then he says i have to pay 356.00 and i will have to ask online for a credit of the reservation i paid because he was not allow to credit or honor what i had paid had to get a lyft and he was unrespectful ,i notice he did thid to 3 more customer since i was there this was Dic.18 2025 in Orlando fl. 7466 Narcoossee Rd Suite 200g ,i had to pay 123.00 for my lyft ride that night

This was the worst car rental place. Absolute total bait and switch operation with astronomical hidden fees. Avoid at all costs and rent from the airport….. ‘ offsite’ rentals are not a good idea . I was very lucky that I was within my cancellation period. Got a beautiful brand new 7 seater Mazda CX-90 from Avis for 1/2 the price. Avoid ! Avoid! Avoid !

surprice the car rental surprise us just like they name it surprice. I book it through expedia. when we land in Orlando airport we call to be picked up and asked to wait about 15 min for a pick up, but they make us wait for almost 50 min. try to call many times but always fail, the number always send me straight to mailbox. Almost call an uber before finally got a reply from surprice. the pick up is easy but car is still dirty, have to wait for carwash. then the worst part happen (be careful when you book), ask for our insurance to have $300k coverage or otherwise we have to buy the company’s insurance which is ridiculously high ($40/day). never mention something about $300k insurance in Expedia, it’s a surprice charge. then offer us for daily toll activation $18.99/day which I refused because I can avoid toll to reach my destination, but then I accept it because they said they will refund the unused toll balance. wait for a week never get a refund and they said no refund for toll activation. to be safe better rent from other car rental.

They Deserve a -3; Horrible Customer Service, and they stick you with Insurance, saying it's Mandatory, or they won't rent you the car, and didn't even care to hear about the fact that your covered under your own policy. Call to complain, and they just hang up on you... and won't answer when you call back. Very Shady Business!! They also give you a car with No Gas in it... ours had less than a 1/4 tank... Now try and time it that you bring it back exactly the same to get your money's worth... Don't use... Find another Rental Car Company...

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Stay away. We booked on Travelocity and I read all of the fine print. We get there and they won’t take our full coverage car insurance. And they won’t give us a refund. Terrible. We just spent over an hour with Travelocity trying to get a refund. Wasted 2 hours of our trip trying to find another rental facility.

Do not use this company!!!! The location isn't what was stated on my itinerary from Travelocity. The hours of operation were different on their sign at the door vs. what I was told. I had to by additional insurance after waiting a day for the car. The insurance was more than the car itself. I have used many rental car places, and NEVER have I had an experience like this one. Hard to contact and wouldn't give any sort of reimbursement or refund for it. Had to return the car full of fuel but when I finally got the car it was only 3/4 full. Forgot to mention during the 6 days having it the service engine light was on the. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Do not use this company. I have emailed this company daily to gain an invoice for the money they charged me upon collection. They are ignoring me. Genuinely disgusted that companies such as this are running and are allowed to run in such a way. It took over two hours to receive the car I had booked. There was no communication from staff regarding the delay, no apology nor acknowledgment. They charged me upon collection a fee for insurance which was more than I had paid for the total rental of the car. They would not let me hire the car without paying it. I saw this happening to a number of people as well as one couple being charged €900 for a scratch on a handle. I also saw the manager of this branch zooming in on a tiny scratch and taking photos of it after a car had been dropped off. How can the company be this picky yet provide dire customer service and sub par products? The car I was given was filthy without any windscreen wash and all the tyres had to be pumped up. I could go on but all I really want is the invoice, the invoice I should not need to fight for.

If zero star was available, that would be my rating. I was charged $922 USD on return home. I never received an invoice to know what these charges were from. Although I already know. This company has no one to check people in then charge you for every scratch on the vehicle even though I was in no accidents while there. And yes, I have video of before and after rental to prove this. What a waste of time and money. Rent from somewhere else. A lot of reviews say the same type thing. I rented 5 cars while on vacation across different countries and this is only one that I had an issue with. And what a surprise, I can’t get ahold of anyone in their office. Bu!! Sh*# cars should be the name of their company!

This car rental. You need to stay away. I rented a car for 14 days and got stuck. Paying $900 because they said I had to pay for insurance. And I couldn't use my own insurance. You need to be aware of this company. They s**** y** cuz, most places will take your insurance. This place won't they surprise you with a $900 bill? And you get stuck paying or you don't get the car, please stay away.

**Beware of Scammers!** I had a terrible experience with Surprice and Car Jet Spain. The company lures customers in with low prices but then pressures them off-site into purchasing expensive insurance. If you refuse the insurance, they will not provide the booked car, even if you have a credit card for the deposit. They often claim that the credit card is unavailable or not working, or they come up with other excuses. I didn't receive a refund, even though I never took the car from them. **Avoid these companies at all costs!**

This is the worsed service i had from this company in my entire life. I had pre paid for my Insurance and Additional driver through CARJET online. They told me i had to pay again. Please don't book with Surprice Limersol Team as they are robbers and cheats. Never again. Alway book the pick up at the Airport. Bad experience never again... The whole car hire cost me £1,100 for 1 month car hire for a yaris. Extremely poor and dissatisfied. Agents name at Surprice Limersol was VIRGIL DIMINETA.
