“IF THERE WAS THE OPTION FOR ZERO STARS I WOULD CHOOSE IT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE USING FALSE ADVERTISING AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU THINK YOUR PURCHASING. I bought a pair of “yoga” style trousers which they advertised as work trousers and said they were stretchy, good quality material, comfortable and work wear ready. The trousers arrived pretty quickly to be fair but they sent an XL size when I ordered a medium, the material was of cheap shiny and bad quality, there were loose threads in all the seams and the button hole wasn’t even cutout so you couldn’t do them up. I emailed immediately requesting a refund and a return label as I had paid postage for them to get to me. They asked for pictures, I sent them. They then said that I would need to return them to China, when they were posted to me from an address in the UK. They also said they were still “useable” maybe by a seamstress and someone in a bigger size! They offered me a 15% refund ($6) when I paid $39.00 (inc postage). I had to get PayPal involved, post them to China but got my refund and the postage I paid to send them to China from paypal after raising a dispute. Don’t use them, you will regret it”
