“I used to get loads of surveys regularly, now I only get one every 6 weeks or so. I have sent a couple of emails to ask why and never really got to the bottom of it, so my score is average I am afraid. I loved to do these surveys, they were always very interesting, very disappointed that they don't come through as often as I'd like. If you could look in to it I would be very grateful.”
“Interesting surveys which are usually short and sweet. Compared to other survey sites I use, the reward for each survey is very small and surveys are infrequent. It's taken me a very long time to finally get my first reward!”
“The rewards for taking surveys are good however I never see any surveys listed on the website and it's very rare that I get an email with a survey link so this really needs to be addressed. Maybe I don't log in enough but either more emails with survey links or a an area on the website where you can see what's available and click on the relevant surveys”
