“The surveys are infrequent and low-paying, so it takes a long time to build credit up to the required threshhold of £10. There is the perk of 2 pence being paid on screenouts, which is quite satisfying. The main drawback, however, is that althought the credits are earned and displayed in British Pound, my latest payment arrived in US dollars, which was £2.50 short of the claimed amount. I wrote twice through SurveyGoo's support channels, but no reply has come to date.”
“Series of short, low paying surveys, payment processing has got slower, 4 days now, and then ANOTHER wait for the reward to actually become available.
As many companies now process & pay within 24 hours this seems very slow”
“Disappointed that survey redemption via Paypal did not pay the full amount. There was a fee of 59p taken off the £10 survey reward. According to Paypal website, transactions are normally without a fee, but where one is paid, it is paid by the sender. I am the receiver and have been charged the fee. OK it's only 59p but the fact that I would not get the full amount claimed from Surveygoo was not made clear”
