Who takes cash payment before running a credit check? Credit company problems. Also penalised for paying a £500 deposit. Could only spread the remaining cost over 6 months then. The idea was to reduce payments. Asked for refund of the £500. Still waiting. Poor service. Went to Dreams instead.

What a joke... Give them a wide berth.. especially the Shoreham store Rude unhelpful manager..and a couldn't care less attitude.

I have had two beds from these people. The first was an mattress for an adjustable bed. It was covered in some thing sticky and although I rang for someone to come out and look at it, they took a YEAR to do so and then changed the mattress immediately!! 2nd bed. First of all was the headboard, it was PVC covered or faux leather and the makers could not get it right. Eventually it was acceptable enough to keep. Then the very expensive mattress started giving me problems. the long and short of it is after 2 years I called them out under the warranty. They sent one of their delivery men and he put a piece of rope/string across the bed from side to side. You could see the dip in the middle. it measured so many cms BUT it was within their acceptable range for ‘dipping’ or ‘settling’ after 2years !!! I’ve not heard from them since. Do I trust them – no! do I believe them-no! do I think they’re good company-no! I am just about to replace the bed and I won’t be going to Sussex Beds ever again. Twice bitten and all that ——- PURCHASERS BEWARE The first purchase came from Uckfield Branch (Took a year to sort out) The second came from Haywards Heath branch. I rest my case.

The smaller retailers moan because they are losing out to the internet for sales,but with service as bad as the Haywards heath store it's no wonder,very cold and unwelcoming and a not even bothered to find out what budget we had and specific product. Shocking

Bought pine bed 3 months ago,they changed it because of split wood,now 2 weeks on middle strut had knot missing in middle so split.can't sleep on it.now no answer on phone.think twice before buying from them.

We recently bought a mattress from this shop Tonbridge branch, they guaranteed us, that we could change the mattress within 30 days if we had a problem or not happy with it. Shock on us when we called for an exchange as the mattress was abit stiff for my back and wanted to exchange we were told to purchase a £70 mattress protector. We didn't need it as we had one already. The mattress was not damaged and was protected. They denied the exchange unless we purchased a protector which to me is rediculus and wasn't discussed at the purchase.

Now I have my receipt let`s see you post this review. PLEASE DO NOT BUY MATTREES Memory Solutions 3000. I bought it and it has run out of the 1 year guarantee by 5 months. It has lumps and bumps, tried using the guts of a duvet and bought a Dormeo topper no good. Had what I thought was palpitations but it was a lump sticking in my rib area. Thinking of emailing customers to see if they have an interest in the company or if they are really customers. They thought I wasn't a customer.
