“ I'm in total disbelief and appalled at treatment / lack of respect by Customer Service Team, as they appeared to be trying to wriggle out of refunding money for items cancelled by them. ”

After a week I contacted again trough their website, it looks they may have sent me another order, but not clar, so I asked for explanation, no repl. After another week I tried to call them, but they only accept orders on the phone, there is no customer service. So I contacted them again for the 4rth time. ”

“ BOUGHT 3 LOTS OF GERANIUM PLUGS, 72 PER LOT, MIXED COLOUR ONES DELIVERED WERE FINE NAND GROWING WELL IN LIVING ROOM, THE OTHER 2 LOTS DELIVERED ALL RED COLOUR, SOME HAD NO LEAVES, SOME ALREADY DEAD, PUT IN BIGGER PLUGS TO GROW ON, HAD NEARLY 3 WEEKS,STILL ONLY 1 INCH HIGH, VERY WEEDY PLANTS, WILL NEVER GROW TO GO OUTSIDE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, PHONED UP Suttons AND COMPLAINED MAN SAID SOMEONE WILL TELEPHONE ME RIGHT BACK THIS WAS LAST SATURDAY, STILL WAITING ON WEDNESDAY 1ST MAY 2024,THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE PLANTS, I HAVE ALWAYS DONE FLOER AND VEG GARDENING ALL MY LIFE , I AM NOT A NOVICE IN THIS SUBJECT AT ALL. ”
