“I paid for a £3.99 sign and track delivery service for my £50 goggle, however the item was lost(it shows delivered but no one called me or ask for my signature), and the customer service refuse to address it!”

“Getting prescription goggles has been a revelation! Having spent years accepting blurry sight around the pool and in water, these goggles make for a much more pleasant experience. Sight is sharp with little fogging, they look great and having had them around 10 months, appear hard-wearing. One suggestion would be that there is a marker signalling which way round the goggles should be worn as I can't always tell.”

“Goggles took forever to arrive (even though the website says 3 days delivery when you buy it). But worse than that is the fact they leak despite the fact I made them really tight to a point where they're uncomfortable. Defo not worth the price!”

“Used swans for 10 years these are not as good, stiff hard uncomfortable so disappointed 2 different styles both as bad. Almost unwearable”

“You can't adjust the nose piece on these, so if they don't fit your face (and how you can tell by mail order?), you're stuck with leaking goggles, which happened to me. After some facial contortions I could just about get a seal for a few strokes before the trickling began again.”

“The product arrived quickly, and the Swans guide on how to choose your prescription goggles was useful. I have been for one swim in a pool in the sec prescription goggles. I could see perfectly and they fit well. Great, I thought. Unfortunately, following that first swim the lenses and goggles were gently cleaned as I have done with all goggles from other brands I’ve used no problem in the past but whatever coating they have on them smeared on the goggle lenses and will not clear off or clean away so I won’t be using them again. They’ve been kept in their box throughout. At £43, this has been an expensive lesson.”

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you have had some trouble with your new goggles. Proper care as per our care guide will ensure your goggles will last for many 10s of thousands of kilometers of swims with out any trouble. “They fell apart at the beginning of my Half Iron Man race. I might have just been unlucky, but they ruined the race. Took forever to strap them back together. Water seems to quickly get through as well.”
