“Six months ago, we bought an expensive Reebok treadmill from Sweatband.com. It has been perfectly maintained but has already broken down. This machine is vital for two disabled members of our family, yet the customer service has been non-existent. Reebok wants us to wait 2 months for a potential repair, and Sweatband has written to us claiming we no longer have a contract with them and they won't help. This is legally incorrect and morally wrong. Sweatband is happy to take your money but will completely wash their hands of you if something goes wrong. Avoid both Sweatband and Reebok.”
