“Why do I feel like you guys chose the worst kinda lid for this good lotion on purpose so as to make us ruin out of product sooner. I mean it barely closes tight so over time the lotion leaks out and crusts all over the inside of the lid. It's so disgusting and unprofessional for a lotion that's otherwise very effective and praiseworthy.”

“It's good that the wipes are individually packaged to stay fresh longer and they don't have too strong of an odor. Still in the early stages but seem to be working nicely so far.”
