“They overcharged us by $770 for a product FOUR months ago, we returned the products and have proof they signed for it and after 10 phone calls and even more very detailed emails to many people within their business they have completely ignored our NUMEROUS refund requests. We are now having to waste even more time lodging QCAT & ombudsmen complaints. I would highly recommend NOT using them.”
