“From initial phone call to delivery of product couldn't fault anything.....doors were ordered as a bespoke size and fitted perfectly and excellent quality.....would definitely recommend and use again”

“The After sales guy i spoke to was so rude and not helpful in the slightest, i was even more shocked when he put the phone down on me. Totally unprofessional. please can someone from head office call me back?”

“Ordering very easy, Delivery was on the date they said 3 weeks earlier, 0ne Glass panel got broken in transit they had another made and delivered with in a week. door now in spot on.”

“The ordering process is simple through the website and a great tool to be able to get prices to clients quickly. We haven't installed the windows yet but the AWM team are usually very good and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. So that gives us great peace of mind. We get offered cheaper windows from other manufacturers but this peace of mind is worth much more to us. Dropped one star as we hadn't received prior notification when the delivery would arrive. The driver did call prior to the delivery but it was late in the day. So the installation team had left the site.So had to send them back out to receive the delivery. Delivery driver was great though, nice guy, very helpful.”

“Fabulous windows, at an incredible price. So much cheaper than buying locally (I did try to support local) but it was almost double the cost sadly…. They were made and delivered in 17 days just as promised. We are delighted.”

“AWM firstly provide excellent value windows and doors using an extremely user friendly website ordering process; this is followed up by prompt supply of these high quality products via their excellent and most helpful delivery driver. An all around level of service that we should be able to expect from suppliers but is rare for any supplier to meet”

“terrible customer service , you email them for a complaint and they ignore you, had a damaged item and they said i damaged it. driver took photos of all the items delivered apart from the damaged panel , read some reviews and its happened to other customers as well . opening a case with paypal to try and get money back . avoid”

“The door is very nice and exactly as I expected and ordered, but they would not deliver north of Glasgow and as the door was not palleted no courier would bring it to me 100 miles north west to Argyll and I had to get it delivered to a friends and then pick it up myself taking a full day.”
