“I purchased a custom sized patio door arrived on time. Upon inspection of the door its had scratches and scuffs, looks like a second hand door! I contacted customer services but have had no response.”

“terrible customer service , you email them for a complaint and they ignore you, had a damaged item and they said i damaged it. driver took photos of all the items delivered apart from the damaged panel , read some reviews and its happened to other customers as well . opening a case with paypal to try and get money back . avoid”

“Unfortunately one of the doors I ordered had a rogue hole drilled in it and some of the anthracite coating had got onto the white side. No comms from company despite contacting several times.Left to resolve manufacturing issues myself. Disappointing”

“Do not use this company !! Poor quality french door where locks jam and the glass is difficult to install due to the sash not fitting flush when glass is installed. Scratched glass. We were only able to see the damaged glass when we moved into natural light. This was due to our delivery driver placing the glass straight into the unlit garage and stacking them on top of one another so was unable to see the damage. He advised not to move until delivery. Our fitter informed of the scratches and we decided that we wanted our home to be secure so to go ahead and fit the door rather than having a hole in our house and waiting weeks for AWM to potentially sort their issue out. AWM refuse to come to any resolution to replace glass and expect Further payment. Don't ignore the reviews they treat all customers poorly.”
