“Good product, that look sleek and modern. Description was accurate and helpful. It was delivered on time without any packaging but being a person that doesn’t like unnecessary packaging and looking after the environment, I find that as a positive sign. It was carefully delivered and placed to a safe place at my home. I would recommend the company”

“No issues with the ordering online and no issues with the window as expected, but as only needed one window we decided to collect the issue was on arrival at the company not knowing where to go then when directed to collection point spoke to several people nobody seemed to be able to help was left hanging about for a long time, feel this needs to be improved.”

“Excellent service in every way. I’m fairly experienced at DIY but hadn’t fitted a full door before. I rang them and a human answered the phone. I spoke to him about the whole job and he answered all my questions clearly and practically. The choice of doors was great, the ability to customise was great, the price was £300 less than the competition and the custom-built door arrived 2 weeks later, exactly when they said it would. The quality is great and now I have a new door for my workshop. What else can I say? I wanted something, they had it, they knew what they were on about, I bought it, it turned up and it was great. There you go.”

“Prompt service and the door was exactly as I wanted it. I was informed of the delivery process all the way through. Too early to judge the quality since the door was only fitted today. But it looks ok.”
