“Easy to use website , called the number to check lead time for our choice of door and we were dealt with in a very friendly but totally professional manner. Checked with transport the week our delivery was due , again fabulous customer service . The day of delivery we had a live link sent to us with a countdown from the driver . Arrived on time , lovely friendly chap . All round would highly recommend this company for its excellent website ordering and great service .”

“Do not use this company !! Poor quality french door where locks jam and the glass is difficult to install due to the sash not fitting flush when glass is installed. Scratched glass. We were only able to see the damaged glass when we moved into natural light. This was due to our delivery driver placing the glass straight into the unlit garage and stacking them on top of one another so was unable to see the damage. He advised not to move until delivery. Our fitter informed of the scratches and we decided that we wanted our home to be secure so to go ahead and fit the door rather than having a hole in our house and waiting weeks for AWM to potentially sort their issue out. AWM refuse to come to any resolution to replace glass and expect Further payment. Don't ignore the reviews they treat all customers poorly.”

“Quality control could be better, i had 2 deliveries both had damage or scratches which were easily rectified with polishing and a quick phone call, damaged parts arrived swiftly, i like this company and there ability to make to your size and quote online, plus delivery of 1 window is quite expensive.”

“The sliding door is great and was made and delivered in good time. It seems to be well made and operates smoothly. I was fitting DIY and the instructions were unintelligible. It wasn't too complicated in the end, but took a while longer than it needed to as the instructions were so lacking.”

“When ordering my door and not knowing what I was doing I called and used the online help to order. It was very helpful and I expect I asked some very silly questions but was made to feel very confident in my order. On the delivery date the van broke down weather was really bad snow everywhere. They let me know the problem straight away and rearrange the delivery for the next day. Delivery was great and the driver put the door inside my property as it was quite heavy. Door was easy to fit measurements perfect. Very happy.”

“The whole purchasing experience was as it say's on the tin. When I ordered I had a member of their staff call me to clarify any part of the order that was not absolutely clear & they were very helpful with advice on Georgian spacing & measurements. All arrived on time (curb side) & the chap that delivered was pleasant & helpful. So far, so good! I haven't actually installed the windows yet but I have no reason to believe there will be any problems. From what I can tell so far I am V happy with the quality of the product.”
