“Super helpful! I was replacing an ancient retractable clothesline that clipped to an existing round metal pole. I showed up with my photo of the challenge at hand, and had the solution handed to me, along with some extra fixings within 15 minutes.”

“I Like the clothesline so I'm happy enough. I absolutely love the green colour - it just blends into the environment so well. Two things at issue: 1/ it is too tall, we mounted it at the bottom setting and still it is rather high - lucky my ground goes up on one side so I can reach it anyway. 2/ The mounting section you stand it in is too loose - it does not grip the pole so it wobbles in any wind. It needs something jammed in there to make it tight, but of course you still need to be able to pull it out when you want to move the clothesline which kind of defeats the purpose... I haven't decided what I should use - any ideas would be appreciated. Concept is excellent however.”

“Overall, the line is great but the post hook is too narrow. Unless the lines are the exact same length, it places an uneven tension on the hooked bar, resulting in a slight twist. A wider anchor hook would resolve this.”

“Great sturdy clothesline and excellent customer service - we had our frame resized and it fits the space perfectly. The cord provided doesn’t seem to be as strong as our old model but hoping it will last well. Thanks SwiftDry team!”

“It's still on the way. I'm following the tracking number closely this time. I have to apologize as I rated this the 1st time on the fact that it went missing when in the hands of the couriers. Swiftdry Company should not be rated negative because couriers as they are a completely different business and so I take back all the negative words mentioned the first time. Be careful who you blame when I can tell you that Swift dry in Canterbury did everything right. It was posted off very quickly and a very good response from Ben when it was found to be missing and deserves nothing but a 10. Trustworthy family business that operate to a moral code of integrity.”
