We purchased our clothesline a few years ago, and just purchased another one for my daughter. Awesome products and also great warranties and backup.

Was a wee bit troublesome to thread the cord through back and forth but we are very pleased with the result and it's in the best possible location on the sunny and windy side of the house off our deck

the line seesm great so far. only been up a week but my wife loves it. i havent used it, 😂but it looks great. easy to put up , but it pays to read the instructions and watch the video. dont do the kiwi guys thing and read them afterwards when you stuffed it up. The only thing that wasnt great was hte communication when we made the order No confimation email No update on delivery time No tracking code or app we were about to call and ask if our order had been received. we thouht we had been scammed. turned out all good in the end.

Your assembly instructions for the rotary clotheslines could be a lot better and this would make the a huge difference to the customer experience. Here are my suggestions to improve them: 1. you have a small diagram showing the required 1m clearance - include in this diagram the diamter of the line and the total diameter including clearance. 2. (in your point 3) add in a reminder to orient the arms so that the holes for the lines are in the correct location (ie, they can be installed in two different orientations, only one of them will work) 3. (in your point 3) you say the 4th hole.... from which end?! (yes I worked it out but if I have to work it out myself, what is the point of instructions?). 4. The wiring instructions are very difficult to follow, firstly there is something weird happening where you talk about the 3 outer lines to be tightened by pulling and then the 3-4 inner lines to be done with twisting pliers... there are only 5 lines! 5. You say (in point 10) that the cross can be put back into place and that it will add tension to the lines.... what is the cross, who took it off and how do I put it back?? 6. The images for the tying off are confusing - F is the only one that really helped at all. 7. There is an asterix in point 7 between the words "end" and "taut", it is not clear why. 8. Also in point 10 there is mention of winding - I guess this is for a unit with a winding device, it is confusing to have it in here, there is no winder on my clothesline. 9. A diagram at the start with each of the parts labeled and how it goes together would be so useful. it is a simple contraption, but when you have never seen one in pieces before, a clear visual on what is going on would speed things along greatly. 10. And lastly, some tape or something to wrap the ends of the wires to stop them ripping my lace undies would be a lovely touch. Life is too short for crappy clothesline assembly instructions, please take a look at them and get someone who is not an engineer to re-do them.

The product is great. However I was somewhat dissapointed with the purchase process. Paid my money only to receive an email to say it is out of stock. Website showing in stock. I then had to wait 3 weeks for the product.

We recently bought a T-bar clothesline - absolutely by far, superior to any other. Yes, it might be more expensive than some others, but so worth it! A product of quality, and we are proud to own one Thank you Caryl

I purchased the Clothesline Ratchet for fixing sagging clothesline cord. It works 100% and is something I've been looking for a long time. It is a well designed gadget and easy to use. Definitely does the job and solves the problem.

My existing outdoor rotary line could not be used because the washing would get covered in bird poo. So I was very happy to find this clothesline cover online. The purchase and delivery was fast and easy. It did require brute force to get the second rod into the corner pocket. The cover is very sturdy and works very well to keep the washing clean and protected from the rain. HOWEVER, it was not stated in the listing on TradeMe that the cover was not designed to be used in winds stronger than 20kph. This information was in the box itself. This is southern New Zealand! The wind would be that and more very often. If this limitation had of been in the listing I would not have bought it at all. So it remains to be seen if it will be destroyed during its first windy day. Taking the cover on and off as weather dictates, as the instruction leaflet advises, is just not an option- it's huge, unwieldy and tied on very securely at many points. I really hope that this does not prove to be a giant umbrella-sized waste of money. Please revise the information in your listing!
