“Online orders are very quick to process and deliver to other parts of NZ. Website very good, however I asked a question online and never received a reply. In the end, I worked it out myself but I had bought the same product before so I more or less knew what I was buying.”

“We're very happy with our SwiftDry T bar Clothesline and your communication and advice has been excellent, thank you! The product is very sturdy and smart in appearance in our new laundry area. We've actually only strung up 4 lines for now which is ideal for us at the moment. Highly recommend!”

“Delivery time information could be more regularly updated - I understand the Christmas period is busy but the purchaser should not have to enquire twice where the product is following the advised date for dispatch not being met. Having said that - emails are very promptly responded to by Swiftdry.”

“Fantastic wee product the Gripple. I got a cheapie Rotary and hated the sag in the nylon line. I purchased a few Gripples to tighten the line, and it did well. BUT I just replaced the nylon with coated wire and Wow, now my OCD is happy. The line is taut, there is no sag even once the clothes are on the line. I was so pleased hanging out my washing just now. The medium Gripples worked on the 2mm wire but the Large Gripples were the best fit.”

“Fantastic non imposing, stylish, yet practical design. I place these in many of my residential Landscape designs utilising it in narrow areas, often utilising the less desirable, windy, south side of a homes boundary, where 1.5m is all you have to work with. Love that you can install it out to 4M.”

“Arrived promptly, was easy enough to put together with two of us, and not difficult to attach to the clothesline - except our line was not square from itself being poorly put together. So we had to cut the old wire off, purchase new braided wire and reinstall that wire keeping the spokes square ... After all that, either the cover or the spokes of our line are rectangular! Bugger”

“The person I spoke with at Swiftdry was very helpful. I purchased the Austral Super 4. Delivery was quick. I had been a little concerned about installation but it was really easy. I would recommend this firm & product”

“I didn't find the instructions that easy, I'm afraid. I think it is presumed one knows how to loosen the lines and I did not realise (until I had lost one of the black rollers somewhere in the weeds) that once you had nucleated it the line WOULD pull and thought you had to take it out of the end.. I have made do with a metal bold holding the line in the end. Similarly, it does not seem to state if you should tighten the line with the roller in the lock or unlock position ( I presume unlocked) and it's hard to see how much line is left on the drum when you tighten when you are 8 meters away! Also, I repeatedly asked if I could use an existing Hills attachment to attach the bar to but didn't get a useful reply ( in the end I found you couldn't ). Too early to say how good the product is- ask me in 5 years but seems well made. My ratings are therefore based on ease of set-up.”
