We just built a house with a pool. I'm not Elle McPherson, so I was excited to find swimwear that I thought I would feel comfortable in. When I purchased online thought that bottoms were part of the price paid. To my surprise, I received a top and NO bottom. I wanted to wear over the holidays but was deflated with what I received for $80+. I emailed your company to query my order and was told that I only ordered the top part. Sad but true = I'll need to be more careful next time.

We do try our best to be as clear as possible in our product names and descriptions that tankini tops do come as a separate, as many of our customers like to choose their own pant to match. Not true to size. Quality good but bottom too big and top too small for a regular Au size 12

I received the hat crushed. Due to being packed with a larger item. Overpriced for what it is regardless. I Emailed photos & requested a replacement or refund, as it was a Gift. No response. Yet receive an email to ‘rate’ Swimwear Galore. Will not buy here again.

Was very disappointed with my purchase very poor quality material and I would not buy one size fits all as I had to run the kaftans in wont be buying from this site again or recommending it

The security gadget was attached to the shorts which has rendered them useless. Money in the bin.

I ordered a swimsuit which was $200 and it was sent to the wrong address. I have had to pay for it.

The bathing came and did not fit. Their sizing is way off. Then when I tried to return it I had to pay almost $70 to mail it back to wherever it came from. Do not buy from them!!!

Hi Patricia, we do accept returns however for orders made outside of Australia the cost of return shipping is at the customer's own expense. We have no control over the cost of international shipping. Every courier company will have different shipping charges and shopping around can make a big difference. Fabric very flimsy, thought it would be towel like quality considering it’s for children, instead fabric is rough hard and fibres very very short

This review isnt about the online purchase it is a purchase i made in store. I find it wrong how you can charge $30 more for larger sizes in the towel robes. I purchased a new towel robe from your mornington store. The staff were amazing. My other towel robe is a 2xl and it fits but because i wanted a zip up one i had to get a 4xl. The price difference between a 3xl and the 4xl is $30. I had no choice but to get the 4xl and pay the extra but how do u justify a $30 increase when the sizes are not even done in proper sizes. As bigger people we felt discriminated against, for a company that says they are swimwear for every body it just doesnt sit right. In the last month i have spent close to $400 with your company but after the last purchase i will not be buying anything else. In this day and age that bigger increase for a larger size isnt fair.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for any disappointment this has caused you. This is not the customer experience that we want our customers to enjoy in our stores and I can completely understand your frustration We stock toweling robes in a variety of sizes starting in toddlers sizes and going up from there. Price brackets for these robes do increase through the kids and into adult sizes. Our suppliers charge us different amounts depending on the product size bracket and this is passed on through sale price. I would like to assure you that I have escalated your formal complaint to our management team so that they can address and follow this up internally in accordance with our policies. This kind of feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback.

Swimcap looks pretty but does not keep your hair dry. It is more for looks than anything.
