I was a bit dissapointed as the ad looked as though the materail was light anf airy. In real life its a bit stiff and heavy.

My daughter likes these and we've ended up keeping them but the colour shown in the images on the website is very inaccurate. They are a light emerald green and not the deep forest green shown in the photos. Staff in store were lovely to deal with though.

I purchased what was supposed to be a mastectomy swimsuit. Please in future do not think that because swimmers have pockets that it can be classed as a mastectomy swim suit. Purchasing swimwear after a mastectomy is already difficult enough. The swimmer I purchased do not hold prosthesis at all and now I have to go to the hassle of returning them and waiting for a refund. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Items ok, if they fit. Beware that exchange items still fall under the original purchase date and if that doesn’t fit then you have no choice but to exchange again or get a voucher. Very annoyed as I would have returned item and repurchased so it would have new purchase date.

Ordering online was good. Sizes of the togs are not so good. Preferred a size 6 for my daughter, her current size in everything else including other togs and these ones were at least two sizes too small.

I love your bathers but I am a larger woman and like to buy the bathers that have a dress like appearance. However, last year and this year I have been going to hydrotherapy as I have a spinal injury and the bathers that I bought were Jet Black and now have gone brown and have stretched where the skirt is down to my knees. They were not cheap bathers. I took them back to Swimwear Galore as the 2nd black bathers I bought turned brown and stretched after a couple of using . However, for them to say bad luck they are not Chlorine proof. I was so disappointed! As I don’t have the money to throw away on bathers . Over the years I have bought many bathers from Swim Galore for my family and have been happy. What I can’t understand is most people I would assume would use their bathers for swimming in a pool! So why wouldn’t they be chlorine proof! I know the bathers I bought other woman from the hydro pool went and bought them after seeing my pair as they loved the style but theirs have done the same ! Disappointing. Plus, I hand wash my in cold water with a gentle soap, so I know it’s not a washing machine ruining them. I hope the pairs I have bought recent, I will have better luck.

The one piece I bought was lovely - except that the elastic in the legs is not tight enough. Will probably have to get it fixed by a dressmaker otherwise I’d be worried about it handling a surf swim.

I don't like the way you finish the top part of the one peace bathers. Very uncomfortable and not a perfect fitting.

I purchased a rashie online which did not fit, so I took it to Fitzroy store. We chose another rashie but that particular store did not have the size so then I had to reorder online and pay for postage. Most retailers will send you the product free of charge if the particular store you are in does not have your size. Customer service. Swimwear Galore should do this. It made my purchasing experience a negative.

Bought a kids deck coat. The stitching on the zipper came loose and undone in 1 wear Waiting for an outcome , hopefully a replacement
