The customer service at Greensbourgh store is terrible every time I go to that store you are never made welcome

Both pairs of swimmers I ordered in an 18. One pair was two sizes too small and the other too big. Very disappointed with the sizing. I took my measurements and ordered the appropriate size.

Good array of stock. However prices are ridiculous especially for young kids wear which they will grow out of quickly.

Bought a hooded towel for my toddler. Very thin towel material, Would’ve hoped for a better quality towel considering the price tag.

I love the bathers I got. However, after two days wearing then the colour has faded! So disappointing!

Thank you for your valuable feedback. This can occur when a non-chlorine resistant item is worn in a chlorinated environment. If swimming in chlorine, please select swimwear that is made from 100% Polyester as this fabric is 100% chlorine resistant xx

I recently returned a pair of bathers to be replaced by a smaller sizeof the same bathers.I am still waiting for the replacement before I decide to purchase another pair.The first pair I ordered on line I got within 48 hours .It's now 10 days since I posted the return pair.I would like this attended to please. Bathers were of wonderful quality. Unfortunately the fit was not the best and went into Mentone to swap. Unfortunately there was no assistance in store, after walking around for 1/2 hr, took items into the change room, with no assistance offered for sizing. Took the refund and went to Michelle’s in Mornington where service and assistance was provided and several pairs of bathers were purchased.

Delivery really good However one of the bra pads was missing but I didn't discover that til I had worn it in the pool so can't do anything about that EvEryone loved the swimsuit so will have to wear it til it Wears out Thank you

I am unable to review at this stage as I am awaiting communication regarding my return. I was very happy with the service on my purchase and the process for easy return and swap for another size however have not heard further regarding the issuing of the alternative size piece. i sent a follow-up email yesterday. many thanks for the opportunity to review - i will be more than happy to review the product and customer service once i hsve received. regards katie

Quick dispatch, delivery 2 days after placing the order. Online sizing guide for shoes is incorrect though. As a result, the order I placed as a gift didn't fit my partner.

It took quite a few days for the processing before the item was expressed posted but it was a busy time of year. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, there was only one strap and one strap was missing which was very disappointing as we were off overseas the next day so we had to make arrangements to collect the strap and we live an hour away.
