Online service was great! Staff in Geelong store were awful! British lady incredibly rude and nasty, she slammed my item on the counter when I showed her a fault (hole in bathers) and asked if there was another one out the back. She snatched them off me and snapped no, then yelled out NEXT!! I left the store in shock. Young girl assisting was very lazy and not helping customers who were getting annoyed. Customer could see online that the bathers were in stock in the shop and she refused to look for them and just told her no they didn’t have them. Customer got annoyed and looked herself for 10min and found them. Would not recommend Geelong store

Was happy with product it self fitted and delivery didn't take long ,but the straps that hook in back r faulty the clip wouldn't clip in so I'm going to have to take it some where to fix . I needed it for a holiday so couldn't return just had to wear one strap twisted until I could get fix .

You sent me a 10% discount voucher which wasn’t recognised wheni tried to Apply it within 24 hours (email said it would expire in 2 weeks) - rather annoying Regards Suzanne Hickey

Very difficult to find particular Brands. Putting sizes together might work for some but when I wanted a particular brand everything was just too crowded. I finished making a purchase of 2 onepiece bathers, from a brand I had not heard of before, and as I suspected they did not fit well. I had tried the larger size on instore, which were too big, so I purchase the next size down. These were very 'ill fitting'. I will be bringing them back for a refund ( 14 Days I am told which I think unreasonable, surely 28 days or 30 days - you could go in line with many other retailers. i will shop elsewhere where i know I can shop by Brand name. I have worn Jantzen for many years and price is not an issue. Just being able to find it in your store would be a bonus. I also bought a Sundress which unfortunately for me was purchased 21 days, so I will have to keep. I would have bought in back on 'principle' given the issues with the bathers. Not sure who in our Marketing & Customer Services Depart thought it was a good idea to go with 14 Days refund. You can't even get a gift voucher after that time. For women who work a couple of jobs, which I do, and variety of days, returning items is not practical. I know you are open on weekends but that won't help anyone, me who works during that time along with other committments. Annette Parton 0438 521 223

I'm so sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with returning an item in one of our stores, but unfortunately this is our store policy. Our returns policy for stores is the standard 14 days, as we believe that customers have a chance to try on swimwear in the change room, and this allows for 2 weeks of 'change of mind' purchases. However, for your online purchase we offer 60 days free returns as we understand you need time to try on and send back if not suitable.

Prompt delivery and order over the phone excellent, however colour red - was closer to orange. The fit a little more snug than previous, could be much more snug to keep the water out.

My daughter loved her bikini but after 3 wears the colour faded a great deal and lost the Electric Blue colour..very disappointing in how much I paid and this outcome.

I ordered swimmers for my grandsons in their names and address, they were sent in my name to their address. I paid separate postage for each of their ordersVery disappointed

Good site Easy to use However they never have enough stock for larger breasted women eg Fantasie or Freya brand. Online sizes disappeared very quickly and staff in store couldn’t order any more. Quick delivery.

I was very disappointed when I ordered a second pair Poolproof swimwear online that the polyester material has changed to a very flimsy see through material I drove to Fitzroy store for a refund I had a further look on the rack of Poolproof bathers, it was very overwhelming to find anything on the rack,messy either very small or very large,received my refund and left.I have since ordered the same design Poolproof because the material is strong, not sheer

I’d give this more stars except for, what I think is a major flaw with its design, and that is the closure at the back. It’s THE hardest one I’ve ever used! I actually considered returning because I found it so frustrating, but loved all other aspects to it, so I’ve kept it. Suggest they change the clip closure to one that’s a little more user friendly.
