“I found the perfect one-piece in your Sorrento store and the person who helped me was fantastic. She was so helpful without being pushy. They didn't have my size instore but I ordered it online and received it promptly. I gave 4 out of 5 stores because $150 is too much to pay for such a small clothing item. The price was outrageous but the bathing suit was perfect.”

“The swim suit is really lovely and a good fit. The only problem was that it arrived with the straps crossed at the back (unlike the website photo) and I had to unpick and resew the loops in order to uncross the straps as the strap hooks would not thread back through the loops.”

It definitely should not require stitching alterations to uncross the straps.
